This is a medium sized town grid with a highway pass though. 160u by 140u. Fits easily into one tile. Good for a starter grid or city expansion. One dogbone exit and 8 roads that run parallel to each other, 12u apart. Easy to expand in all directions. Could handle low or high density.
Two train tracks run between 2 of the roads (also upgradeable to the new metro tracks). Recommend a raised train station asset for gameplay. Check out Konfoxs module station project and BadPeanut’s Set of Elevated Stations . Have fun!
