3×1 is an … odd footprint. I wasn’t sure about this one – but it’s done, so here you go!
Asset info:
Level: 1
Footprint: 3×1
Main model tris: 1,590
Lod model tris: 122
Textures: 1080 and 128.
Props: A couple of lights and entryways.
Dependencies: Nope!
Texture maps: All there.
Shares textures with the 2×1, 2×2 and 1×3 houses, if you use the Loading Screen mod. Again, kind of a weird looking home – but getting a good design to fill a 24×8 footprint isn’t not hard.
