A "Shotgun" house is a style of small-footprint residence found throughout the southern U.S., particularly in New Orleans. They were historically built as housing for workers.

This is an incredibly economical asset, the main mesh has 195 tris and the LOD model has only 48. No workshop asset dependencies.
