长沙国际金融中心是集大型精品商场、高端写字楼及国际白金五星级酒店等设施于一体的超高层大型城市综合体。
该建筑由香港九龙仓集团投资开发，位于长沙市蔡锷中路与解放路交汇处的西北角，紧邻黄兴路步行街、五一大道和长沙地铁1号线、长沙地铁2号线五一广场站。
长沙国际金融中心计划于2016年全部建成，建成后将集金融、消费、商务功能于一体，成为湖南省高端现代服务业新的汇聚点。建成后将成为湖南省第一高楼、中国第十高楼。
2016.08.10上午，湖南“第一高楼”九龙仓长沙国际金融中心项目的钢结构工程项目顺利封顶。该金融中心总建筑面积101万平方米，主塔楼设计高度452米，副塔楼设计高度315米。该项目的钢结构工程由中建钢构有限公司于2013年7月15日启动建设，项目总用钢约8万吨。
Changsha international financial center is a super high-rise large-scale urban complex integrating large-scale boutique shopping malls, high-end office buildings and international platinum five-star hotels.
The building is invested and developed by Hong Kong jiulongcang group. It is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of caie middle road and Jiefang Road in Changsha City, adjacent to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Wuyi Avenue, Changsha Metro Line 1 and Wuyi Square Station of Changsha Metro Line 2.
Changsha international financial center is planned to be completed in 2016. After completion, it will integrate the functions of finance, consumption and business, and become a new convergence point of high-end modern service industry in Hunan Province. After completion, it will become the tallest building in Hunan Province and the tenth tallest building in China.
In the morning of August 10, 2016, the steel structure project of jiulongcang Changsha International Financial Center project, the "first high building" in Hunan Province, was successfully capped. The total construction area of the financial center is 1.01 million square meters, the design height of the main tower is 452 meters, and the design height of the auxiliary tower is 315 meters. The steel structure project of the project was started by CSCEC Steel Structure Co., Ltd. on July 15, 2013, with a total steel consumption of about 80000 tons.
