DU61B High Residential
A revisit of an older asset of mine. More precisely, a double-wide and paintable version thereof. The original you can paint now as well.
This little building may have taken a long fall from grace, but at least it still stands – which is not all that common in the North of Duisburg where it’s from. Also, I doubt whoever knocked off the windowsills has the slightest idea what tris are, but they surely helped me save a small amount of those when they did.
Other than that, this is another row house from the Gründerzeit, which was roughly congruent with the Edwardian era. I’ve tried giving it windows in the sides for a change, to make ends of and gaps in the rows look more interesting. Of course it can still be used like any row house nonetheless.
