Description:

A map for the builders.

A quick description of this map:
• Designed with large cities in mind. Plenty of flat building space for easy building! See the end of the screenshots for a heightmap.
• Pre-existing networking kept at minimum to have that sandbox feeling.
• Room to expand the existing highways. Up to 5 lane highways fit without clipping, the existing intersection can be expanded by a few lanes as well.
• Just 285K trees, only slightly exceeding the vanilla limit.
• Designed to look great from a distance. Not very closely detailed to preserve performance and playability. Do your own detailing at whatever level you like!
• All transportation connections present.
• All resources present, ore a bit scarce though.
• As usual, I also kept the required items list as small as possible to leave room to choose your own assets.
• If you play this "vanilla", starting with just the first plot of land, I recommend using water towers for your water supply until you unlock the other side of the bay to avoid waste problems.

Mods used in screenshots:
LUT: Relight Average
Daylight Classic (all to classic)
Clouds & Fog Toggler (disable clouds and edge fog)

The laviante map theme works extremely well with multiple LUTs, hence I encourage you to test around with any LUTs you have to find out which one suits your taste best!

Other recommended mods:
81 Tiles. 25 tiles covers most of the map too. Even with just the vanilla 9 tiles you should be fine too regarding building space.

This map was a quick project for a city of my own, I spent only a day (~6 hours) to create it.
