Chicago Two Flats (1×4 & 1×3 residential growable)
This is a set of 10 assets total, including 4 unique designs of Chicago-style two flat homes (a 1×4 version and a 1×3 version of each). The 1×4 version have garages, the 1×3 don’t. Low poly but highly detailed. The other 2 assets are porches.
Low density residential level 1 growable. Just enable them in your theme, zone low residential, and watch them sprout up.

**To find them in the search bar, search "flat" or "two flat." Their names are Kedzie, Kildaire, Komensky, and Kostner (after streets in Chicago).
