Plattenbau Tower No.4
Hello Folks,
after the success of the "Dessau-Version" of this building, I now made the "Halle-Version".
This pack contains both the original and the renovated variant of this particular building.
Based on the common East-German prefab-standard P2, this 14-floor housing tower with a 4×4 footprint is unique to the cities of Dessau and Halle (Saale).
Given the shape of the building, its referred to as "Ypsilon-Hochhaus" or "Y-Haus", which simply could be translated to "Y-House". Its Original holds 90 flats and stands ~40 meters tall near the center of Halle-Neustadt. 3 of these buildings have been built between 1969 and 1971 in Dessau, and another 5 in Halle.
This asset features a lot of details, a colormap and is RICO enabled. It also shares its texture with Plattenbau Tower No.3, so users of the Loading screen mod can save on RAM here.
It should be noted that the model is overlapping the 4×4 lot, so it should be manually placed, or adjusted with Move IT!
