Description:

This is a coal fueled power plant designed to work with my Better Power Plants collection. The Level 2 coal plant generates less pollution that the Level 1 plant, but it more expensive to build and operate. It also generates a lot of garbage from its pollution control system.

Statistics:

The statistics are generated from a Google Docs Spreadsheet[docs.google.com] which contains various properties of the asset. This will result in a more realistic and challenging simulation. To get the full effect, you should subscribe to more than just this one building from the Better Power Plants collection.

Props Required

Many of the props used with this asset are from the default library of props. However, I am also using props from the Common Props and Trees Collection and it is recommended that you subscribe to all the props in this collection. If you don’t subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.

The Prop Probability Changer Mod by boformer was used. Each time the asset is placed, it will take on a new look depending on which props grow. The user does not need to install the Prop Probability Changer mod to make use of this feature.
