– Room for road upgrades in case of traffic jams (though not advisable, as it will most likely introduce traffic lights).
– Zoneless squares inside the module, for tree placement & pollution reduction.
Suggested use:
– inside inner ring : residential zone.
– Between rings : commercial zone.
– Outside outer ring : city services (fire stations, etc.).
