This building has 2684 tris. It uses 2k diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures. It is 616 feet tall with 50 floors. It is an entirely unique building and is not based on anything else. This is my first ever game asset. It was very difficult to make and took many hours for me.Update: The alpha map issue was fixed and the model now includes an lod version. I am still waiting to see if the update happened everywhere.
Building can be found in Unique Buildings -> Tourism & Leisure.
A harbor is required for placement.
I will not be posting anything else if this asset is received poorly with no explanation. I do not want to fill the workshop with garbage.
