Beaumaris
With brutalist undertones to rival many a council block of the 1960s, Beaumaris is taken from a real world building on the urban outskirts of north London.
This is my first model uploaded to the steam workshop. I made it primarily to learn the ropes and mess around with Blender and Gimp, so it has a ridiculously large texture map and triangle count for the size and shape of building that it is. There is no custom LOD.
Supports custom colours via the Painter mod, which will change the colour of the cladding and the window frames. The satellite dish isn’t actually part of the asset, I just added it for the sake of photos using Prop It Up!.
