Use mods like Find It! 2 and Procedural Objects to place the props.
If brave enough and not afraid of having 5 hours of detailing burned to ashes, you can use EML which allows you to increase the prop limit until your PC smells burnt plastic.
PS: All props ( pack 2 included ) shares the same textures, use Loading Screen Mod to reduce memory usage.
