Turbine system interchange with service interchange by WłodarRadolw

(Some trees from the screenshots don’t spawn)

highway: 4 lanes (in both directions: 8)
( 2 straight through the junction and 1 to turn right -> {from the right turn is an exit to the service intersection}
and 1 to turn left )

total width = 110 u
total diagonal = 154 u
