Hello and welcome all!
I present you my creation Gothic Arch – Gazebo.
Again with the help of my husband that is teaching me how to properly and nicely make blender models.
In the thumbnail you can see how the asset is textured and in picture collection you can also see 10 examples where i change base texture using PO mod. This model will work very nice with brick, tile that are finer and not to rough.
You can also apply non pattern textures as well. For example fine marbles, granite or even concrete.

IMPORTANT : If you use all 3 then it is important to use LSM ( Loading Screen Mod ). All 3 are optimized form LSM!
