This one won’t attract tourists, so feel free to spam it as needed throughout your city!
This is identical to the Expanded Decorative Parking ‘park’ delivered as part of the 1.16.1-f2 Update issued on 22 March 2023 by Paradox/Colossal Order.
I used the in-game Asset Editor > Properties to set its entertainment accumulation to zero and its tourist capacity to zero.
