Nursing Homes with Eldercare Blocks
Nursing Homes with Eldercare Blocks allow you to create senior living centers anywhere by placing them inside another building (using Anarchy or Move It!). Pairs best with Procedural Objects to strip any building model of its stats and then add a Nursing block of your choice inside of it.

Stats can be altered in-game to fit your needs using Customize It Extended. Unfortunately the stat changes are applied to all blocks of the same level instead of on a per-building basis, but it’s the best we have for now.
Found in Healthcare menu by default; with Better Healthcare Toolbar, found in Eldercare tab of Health menu.
