杭州高德置地广场项目属于高德置地集团CBD城市综合体系列。项目与杭州市钱江新城市民中心隔解放东路相望，总建筑面积41万多平方米，包括Jumeriah酒店、甲级写字楼、大型购物中心、酒店服务式公馆等业态。由曾经设计过上海金茂大厦等国际标志性建筑的世界顶级设计公司SOM担纲总体设计，建筑立面体现“站立的西湖”理念。
Hangzhou Gaode Land Plaza project belongs to the CBD urban complex series of Gaode Land Group. The project faces Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Civic Center across Jiefang East Road, with a total construction area of more than 410,000 square meters, including Jumeriah Hotel, Grade A office buildings, large shopping centers, hotel service mansions and other formats. SOM, the world’s top design company that once designed Shanghai Jinmao Tower and other international landmarks, is in charge of the overall design, and the building facade embodies the concept of "standing West Lake".
