30 Park Place – 4 Seasons hotel
This is a huge 86-story skyscraper located in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York City.
Designed by Robert A. M. Stern in the new classicism style and completed in 2016, this is a rare example of a modern building that doesn’t look like a glass box. It has some very nice looking Art Deco inspired decorative elements that I tried to recreate.The model is quite heavy due to the large number of windows, but I tried my best to optimize it and this shouldn’t be a problem.
