Despite the backlash from the community, the upcoming Cities: Skylines 2 game will not support the Steam Workshop. We still don’t know is this a good news for us or not. Lets hope that the Paradox Mods website will be good and ready for the new game, and a new era of modding.

The design of the banner resembles an "iconic protest flag" from Hong Kong (which I can’t talk much about), and Steam’s theme are in blue; it turned out to look like the blueish funerary signs used in Chinese culture; but anyway, Workshop is dead, R.I.P..
Consists of 4 banners with 2 messages, both in Chinese and English, and an English-only version. They are all Procedural Objects friendly.
