Prefab Block 005 (over 20 recolorable variations!)
Prefab blocks, modeled after ones commonly built during mid to late communist rule era in Poland, found in Retkinia and Widzew neighborhoods of Łódź.
Download includes 4 building assets: PB-005a A, PB-005a B, PB-005b A and PB-005b B.
In game, after plopping RICO building, click it and locate Variations dropdown, where you can choose from several recolorable paint schemes. Recolorability can vary between different options. To get prefab color variations, simply change the name of a plopped building.
Colorways include colorable and already colored areas, however each color is carefully applied to the diffuse texture, while colormap is black/white only. I tried to match color variations as best as I could with diffuse texture colors, it wasn’t so easy as colors work weird.

- Why is the file so big? Download contains 4 buildings, each with 5 unique diffuse textures for every color variation, and 2 shared textures for common mesh and prefab mesh. It just adds up.
- Is RICO required? Yes, but variations work independent of it.
- Will there be more colorways? Made by me? No. However, if you wish to expand the collection I am willing to send you all materials (models, textures) and give you a general guidance (not to be confused with long-term cooperation please!!) for texture creation, naming convention, etc.
