Genesee Brewhouse from Rochester, NY. Created for the Rochester 1:1 Youtube series by Gaseous Stranger. Screenshots in this listing are courtesy of the build for that series.

Signage on building is a submesh. Renaming the asset in game will allow you to remove the signage to repurpose the building. Color map is for the brick and awning. With a painter mod you will be able to tint the color to your preferred shade of red.
