This asset is based upon the East Avenue location of Wegmans Food Market located in Rochester, NY. Wegmans is a privately owned company, founded in 1916 by brothers John and Walter Wegman as the Rochester Fruit and Vegetable Company. Today this grocery store chain has 109 stores in eight states across New York state, and the Mid-Atlantic region. It has appeared near the top of Fortune magazine’s annual "100 Best Companies to work for" since the inaugural list debuted in 1998.

Asset does use a variety of workshop roof props. With such a large roof a variety of different props was preferred for realism.
