Based on actual buildings in the city of Oviedo (Asturias).

6 to 8 floor models are based on real buildings from Avenida de Valentín Masip constructed around 60s-70s to create a residential and comercial avenue, this functional style is very common all across Asturias and Spain, frequently desaturated colors between red/brown/yellow/white with longitudinal terraces and geometric repetition as a decorative element.

4 to 5 floor models are based on real buildings from Avenida de Valentín Masip and Calle Gloria Fuertes constructed around 50s in the early stage of Franquism dictatorship in a functional way but inspired in "neoherreriano" wich is an historicist style based on the style originated by the architect Juan de Herrera (1530-1597) called ‘herreriano".
The herrerian style was the official architecture of the Austrias, starting with the reign of Philip II and it is characterized by its geometric rigor, clean volumes, the predominance of the wall over the opening and by the almost total absence of decoration, severe horizontality, achieved thanks to the balance of the shapes, preferably cubic, that are arranged symmetrically in the structure.
Neoherrerian style incorporates this general sobriety, the use of brick, stone and slate as exterior materials, access portals, inscriptions, decoration with heraldry and the use of Austrian towers and spiers, one of the most representative buildings of this style is:
