Hong Kong
A 1:1 map of the city Hong Kong for Cities: Skylines. The starting tile is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, on the lower end of the Kowloon peninsula.
There are all resources available and all kinds of transportation are connected to the outside world!
I recommend to use the "All Areas purchasable" mod, as the map is real live sized.
Also there are a "few" trees scattered around. 😀
Pelase note that there is no river on the map, it’s an ocean, it’s water flow is from west to east.
