Cyberpunk style awning / overhangs and blank walls – PACK of 10 awnings and 6 walls
Use the Loading Screen Mod to reduce the file size impact by 15X (all assets use the same texture files).
Also, these texture files are used in the related "Shopfront" PACK. Then the file size reduction is more like 30x !
These are props.
You can change the colors with mods (see image example).
The walls are quite tall, you can sink them below ground level to make them shorter.
