A US style tram/streetcar/light rail road, with dedicated lanes in the middle, 2 lanes for cars on either side, as well as protected bike lanes. This is also the pavement version, as opposed to the grass version: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3262284932
