Description:

Kwik Trip/Kwik Star is a chain of convenience stores founded in 1965 with over 600 locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota under the name Kwik Trip, and in Iowa under the name Kwik Star.

Bananas only 38¢ a pound. For my fellow Midwestern peeps out there.

4 assets included:

• Convenience Store (RICO settings, level 1 low density commercial, 6 jobs)
• Gas Pumps (functional canopy for Real Gas Station mod; Unique Buildings>Oil tab)
• Tall Sign (lighted building; Electricity>Oil tab)
• Short Sign (prop)

[Tip: Use UI Category IndustryOil if you want to use the same menu tabs for other assets]

Credits:
Convenience store retextured from conno’s Chevron Store.
Gas pumps retextured from Crazyglueit’s Costco gas canopy.
Tall Sign retextured from conno’s Red Lobster tall sign.
Short Sign retextured from conno’s Phillips 66 short sign.

This was my first attempt at retexturing a gas station so it might not be the greatest lol, but the small sign turned out nice.

Use Not So Unique Buildings to plop the gas pump canopy more than once.
