Prevost Fourplex 2
This one lives right next door in real life to it’s similarly named cousin. What it giveth in slightly improved visuals, it taketh in room size for it’s inhabitants, but hey, it’s still cheap!
All of the Fourplexes in this set come with two lots, one with just the building (3×2) and one with working parking in front (3×3), so the parking decals in the ‘required’ section is highly advised. Any other props and decals are decorative and quite optional, though I haven’t gone overboard with dependencies and props and stuck to vanilla where it suited.
The lots are growables, which means this can be used like vanilla buildings. They also work great with ploppable RICO and findit! to create more realistic areas. In real life these are usually found in rows or groups in small developments or lined along a road.
