Avery Apartments
Another suburban apartment complex, this one includes 4 growable plots, using two variations on the apartment building (narrow level two, and wide level three apartments), and each variation coming in a single building 4×2 lot, and a two building 4×4 courtyard arrangement.
Like the other apartments I’m releasing, these can be used just fine as growables and standard zoning, or with ploppable RICO and FindIt! (search CLA or Avery), you can build apartment complexes as you’d find them typically in real life.
Comes with some mild landscaping. All ‘required’ props are cosmetic and thus optional.
