This building has 1,626 tris. It uses 1024×1024 diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures. The LOD version has 81 tris and 512×512 textures. It is 648 feet tall (198 meters) with 54 floors. It is an entirely unique building and is not based on anything else. These are difficult to make and take a lot of time. You can help by sharing it I guess.
This is a ploppable rico office and employs 600.
