Hello and welcome back to Verde Beach! In this episode, Maggie is putting the finishing touches on the neighborhood – honoring the history of the area, while putting her own unique flair on the design. This flair includes incorporating ferries into the neighborhood to activate the shore line. This inevitably leads to others in the city requesting similar treatment – including residents of Old Verde Beach. We’ll appease them by adding a quay and providing a ferry stop there, as well.
