Detailed Houses Pack #4: "Just Another Residential"
A pack of 14 detailed houses based on the "Just Another Residential" collection by HypoSim. All rights and credits for the models belong to HypoSim, I detailed the houses and uploaded to the workshop.

If you don’t subscribe to the props its just blank houses, in which case just subscribe to the original houses by HypoSim.
I already made 57 detailed houses and will make more so it will be worth it.
What’s included:
- 14 growable low residential assets
- Highly detailed
- Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 with varying sizes
- All houses have a functional parking space
To plop them manually:
"Find It 2" -> "jare" or "just another" or "detailed house"
I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
