Detailed Houses Pack #6: "American Eclectic" part 2
A second pack of 10 detailed houses based on the "American Eclectic" collection by BoldlyBuilding. All rights and credits for the models belong to BoldlyBuilding, I detailed the houses and uploaded to the workshop.

If you don’t subscribe to the props, you better use the original houses by BoldlyBuilding.
What’s included:
- 10 growable low residential assets
- Highly detailed
- Levels 3, 4, 5
- All houses have a functional parking space or two
- All houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
Note: they require flat ground!
If they are placed on slopes the driveways will "float" in the air and the grass will look very weird.
To plop them manually:
"Find It 2" -> "eclectic" or "detailed house"
I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
