The Lexington (Beta)
This is really an unfinished asset, but given that it’s almost complete and that I shan’t have time to work on it for some time (ah, the joys of being a double major in English Literature, and Foreign Language and Literature…) I figured that you all might prefer having something rather than nothing.
This is an English Colonial Revival home with delightful details, such as a rounded entry portico and a "screened-in" porch, that were a bit challenging to make (I am quite proud of the porch. Using alpha map trickery, there are much fewer vertices than one would expect!)

In the interest of pushing this out despite not having a lot decal or sub-buildings made for it, I have elected to use props from the original Americana collection (such as my magnus opus, Sidewalk Tile*,) as helpfully preserved by Adora_ble. You will need to download the files from his or her Google Drive link (provided on the workshop page,) though, rather than just subscribe. If something is not working, please complain here to -me-!

What will be included in the actual release eventually are sub-buildings and a lot decal, similar to Tudor Revival, and minor fixes to normal maps and unwelded vertices. Also, a proper LOD!
