Havenmeester
The Havenmeester, which translates into Harbourmaster, is a small building located in Arnhem next to the Rhine river. During my "very thorought" research of this building I could find little history. The name suggests it was used as an office for the harbourmaster, but I could only find its more recent usage as a sandwich shop. The shop seems to be closed permenantely.
I mainly used this quircky building to figure out how to build assets. Hope you like it nevertheless.
