Description:

Hastily made from an old texture photo I still had lying around. This building houses offices of the German retirement fund, and stands in the shadow of a newer extension which is the only building of this agency the internet seems to know about.

In-game it is, technically speaking, paintable. What the colour gets applied to is the windows, as a bit of an experiment how that would look like. I’m hesitant to call it a success, in fact you barely see any difference.

Without RICO installed, it will be a Unique Building and mimick the Transport Tower.
