Every big city has them, everyone knows what they are, App based rental scooters like Lime scooters are a convenient way to travel a city, Scooti is my fictional version, adding a scourge to your cities

The service van is an imitation of the real life ones that go and pick up the scooters and charge them or move them to intended locations

in game its just a delivery van but good for detailing i guess

this includes prop
