Cashbuild is a South African building supplies and hardware store listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. They are the largest retailer of building materials in South Africa.

This asset is set to a 4×4 plot size but actually has a footprint of 6×8.

Without the RICO mod, it will function as a level 2 commercial building.

You can use the RICO mod to configure the settings as you wish, asset has no default RICO settings.
