Rundown Futsal Court
A 2X5 futsal (mini football/soccer) court with a rusty fence, old concrete slabs and some weeds.
Great for adding character to a city and especially suitable for low income or public housing neighborhoods.
How to use it
- Find It –> "futsal"
- Plop it next to a road on a flat surface
- You can use "Move It" to move it up to 2 cells away from the road.
- it will look better if you add some "Ruined" texture around it by using the Surface Painter or by plopping Brush Ruined blocks.
Stats
Cost = $200
Maintenance = $1.20/week (as you can see it is not well maintained)
Entertainment = 25
All other stats are set to zero (electricity/water/garbage/sewage/fire hazard).
