Flourish Asapi Region

You were assigned to be the leader of Asapi Region. You have proposed to the Prime Minister of the nation to grow the region to the population of 20,000 in a 6-year plan, as well as growing the agricultural sector. Will you live up to the promise?

No DLC is required. However, you can with with all on, but I recommend disabling Nautral Disaster DLC as the scenario is already difficult enough on its own.

Notable Challenge in this scenario:

– Renewable energies are disabled (you lose if you produce more than 5% of renewable energy)
– Sparsely populated towns, poor infrastructure that connects easy town.
– Small highway connection (Intentional design)
– generally disconnected water system, as well as bare-minimum service building.

General Strategies (spoiler!):

– The scenario is mainly divided into three phases: balance the economy, improve infrastructure, and finally growing the town.
– There are many approaches to grow population rapidly. My personal solution is to create a new town between Asapi and Vanu to sustain the growing agriculture industry.
– There is an oil sector far into the wilderness. It’s mostly sustainable on its own, however you can choose to grow it or improve infrastructure.

Still too easy? Try the additional bonus challenge:

* You cannot build a bridge across the river to get to the other end of the river.
* Increase the upkeep of road to 250% in difficulty tuning mod
