Description:

Capital city area of Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. For those familiar with the area, the entire map contains a good chunk of the West River’s entrance to the Bonshaw River to the West, and as far as, I’d say, Pippy’s on the Trans-Canada to the east. While this was built from actual map data, it can’t be called true to life because of the revisions I’ve had to do to the coastline. Those adjustments were mostly done for the sake of playability. P.E.I.’s been known for years for its agricultural production – and this map stays true to that with large plots of fertile ground along waterways. The terrain is rolling, nothing too drastic. Unrealistically there are ore and oil deposits – but this was done for variety. Same with train tracks. There haven’t been trains on PEI since the 1980s.
