3962 tris, no LOD. Mix of hd texture and drawn ones.
Will make more NY-style rowhouses for all levels.
Next time I try some Anglo- Italianate Rowhouse.
If you like i can make versions of this with a different texture.
Update: 2nd version with brickstone wall finished! (Only other textures for the door and frontwall)
It´s level 1 high dens.
I choose the high dens for it is high dens and i don´t want them to grow in suburbs. If i´m wrong just let me now.
