City-decoration : Big pencil by Ligne 7

I got up one morning and I said to myself that what is missing most in Cities Skylines it was big pencils.
Most seriously this prop can you help for decorate your city (green area, traffic circle…), without necessarily to use the same plan. So that allows to have more variety decoration. I am inspired by the original creation of city of Illkirch Graffenstaden.
