Description:

Just the 16m parking lot road from Badi_Dea changed to be "asymmetrical" so that the parking side can be easily flipped instead of always having to draw the road in the proper direction, something that always bugged me about the original.

Accomplished by adding a third dummy vehicle lane; the game detects an odd number of lanes and allows the segment to be reversed by right-clicking it with the Road Upgrade Tool.
