Arrow Plaza – Growable 4×4 Lvl3 Office

Loads of people still play SC4… A few ones still play SimCity 3000, and I’m one of them. I still enjoy the relative simplicity of it and the toyish and friendly look it has…
I wanted to remake a growable from SC3, prepare for some nostalgia.
I picked this one : "The Arrow Building". It’s from the european building set.

I liked the modern look and the colored glass.
I made some modifications (it was a commercial, but for CSL is was more suitable as an office building… and the original roof didn’t really make sense for an office building… and I shrinked the building base… and I wanted it to be a bit more colorful.).
Well… is is now a growable 4×3 level 3 office building.
Some technical info :
It’s 53 meters tall and has 13 floors.
1360 tris and 1024×1024 textures
Custom lod – 100 tris and custom 128* textures
It’s (of course) lit during the night.
