Hungarian village house no. 1
Overview
A low residential building found in Hungarian villages. Built from the end of the 19th century to the 1950-60s it is a common sight predominantly in the Southern and Eastern part of the country. It is characterised by a street-facing gabled end with a simple, symmetrical facade and a traditional adobe or mixed brick construction on a long, narrow plot.
