Parking Enforcement Services Vehicle
Parking Enforcement Services is a fictionalized version of the WIlsons Subsidiary of the same name. PES is in charge with monitoring private car parks for compliance by vehicles to ensure they arent parking longer than the allowed times and their cars have active and current road compliance tickets (WOF, MOT etc)
This vehicle is a Astra with hidden cameras mounted inside the vehicle to protect it from vandalism
In game it functions as a fake bus for you to set your own bus lines around carparks and roads
