That means you can connect it right into intersections with other roads, which allows cims who are cycling to not dismount while entering it, unlike the vanilla bike path. This means that it can provide a more direct, convenient, and efficient route for them in your city. For example, you could use this asset to create scenic "rail trails" through rolling hills in your cities and maps.
NB: No cars, trucks, public transit, service, or emergency vehicles are able to drive on it. You also will probably need to use the FindIt! mod to access it.
