A 2W4L avenue with street parking, wide sidewalks, street ads, banners, trees, and shared bike/car lanes. Modeled after portions of Atlantic Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, and 86th Street in Brooklyn, NY. Default speed limit is 25 mph (40 km/h), so if you want traffic to prioritize using this road than I would increase that with TMPE.
